I am high-key OBSESSED with going out for brunch. I mean, what else are Sunday mid-mornings/afternoons good for? Yup, you guessed it: B r u n c h.
If you live in or near the tri-state area, chances are you have heard of New Hope, PA. Quite possibly one of the cutest towns to ever exist. New Hope is home to many cute (and insanely delicious) restaurants, cafes and bars!
The Blue Moose Restaurant And Cafe has a very interesting story behind it. You can find the full story here but the beginning of The Blue Moose was the first youth-run restaurant in the area, founded by the genius Skylar Bird when he was just 14 years old!
This restaurant is a New York style hole in the wall type of place which makes it unique and quaint. While eating here, you will notice all of the interesting decorations and artwork that surrounds you.
I personally LOVE the brunch menu (Saturdays and Sundays only from 9:30am- 2:00pm) but they are also open for dinner! I must warn you though: they do not accept reservations for brunch (due to popular demand) so I suggest getting there on the earlier side. Did I mention it is BYOB? … because it is, and they will provide orange juice! Did anyone say mimosas?!
3 of my absolute favorites on the brunch menu are: The Almond Croissant French Toast, The Corn Flake Crusted French Toast, and The Dutch Baby. ~carbs galore~ You can also find the coolest coffee and tea beverages to compliment your meal!
